Ismer Sancilus 31 x 24.  "Ra-Ra in the city".  Each year, for several months before Lent, social groups (societies) make costumes and parade through the streets, singing to the rhythm of drums, and celebrating with sometimes reckless abandon. Ismer Saincilus is the son of Ismael Saincilus - the renowned artist who passed away in 2000. He and his two brothers have been painting their entire lives and are making their mark in the art world.
