Martelly crawling on the ground acting out a time in his life when he worked in a cement factory. He was using a lot of drugs at the time, and dropped a back of drugs on the ground and couldn't tell the difference between the drugs and the cement and was crawling around trying to taste the cement to identify where he dropped the drugs.
